Yes i totally agree with the person regarding maintaining a good etiquette while playing on the card table. The etiquette’s of the player reflects his over all personality on the card table and it will also help him in making a good image.

i never get in the middle of a shoe but thats just me. if u have a table thats constant shuffle obviously it doesnt matter. all double deck tables ive played have no mid-shoe entry.

You hold your cards in pitch games (single/double deck) where the dealer deals them face down. You’ll scrap the cards toward you to signal a hit and place your cards up on the table when done.

what’s the sign for doubling down?
You can in fact touch your cards if you are playing at a table with a one deck shoe. However, you must only use 1 hand. That is because the dealer deals your cards face down and you have to see your had (obviously) to hit or stand. Again, you can only use 1 hand to look at your cards.
haha yeah, if you play with your cards your dealer is going to tell you not to do that anymore, and they will split/double down for you.
