las vegas crime is no worse than any other city, phoenix is much worse, lived there for two years, and hated it, there is no better place to party than las vegas, I LOVE THIS CITY.

I live here and this is so true of Vegas. I thought it was a ritzy city before moving here. I was foolish and fell for the hype. This city’s ghetto outside the South Strip (i.e. past Wynn and Treasure Island) and people have an inmate/warden mentality judging by all the reality shows about jail life that I’ve seen.

i agree! i just moved to vegas and i hate it! Theres so many scummy people here. porn on the streets, perves lurkin loosely,crime,crack heads tweekers.i wont be here for too long.
There are nicer hotels and they are giving out good deals right now. But living here sucks and when you visit, you have to watch your back because tourist get attacked all the time.
i know what u saying wishlist, i stayad at the stratosphere and every night peopleon the street would ask us for money, which was most likely for crack. i saw so many drug heads and home less . sort it out ! but still i had a wicked time
I should make a video and post it here on the Youtube of the real Las Vegas. People would see that this is a fucked up place to live. All the jobless people, all the foreclosures, the crime and the underbelly of Las Vegas. There are way more homeless people than the Mayor here would like you to believe. The jobs mostly pay minimum wage and they don’t always offer health benefits. Not many people can live off of minimum wage. Watch for my video soon.

Las Vegas has got to be the greediest place around. I heard on the news today that Clark county wants to charge people a fee for exercising in the park. Our tax dollars go to maintain the public parks. WTF are they thinking!!! Nevada Power wants to go up 17% during the hottest part of the year. No wonder people are walking away from their homes and leaving the state. Fuck Las Vegas
